Early Emotions provides mobile play therapy services in the Kansas City area. Services are provided in your home or at your child’s school, with school permission.
Parent sessions outside of the home are conducted virtually and are available for residents throughout KS and MO.
Early Emotions currently accepts Kansas Medicaid as well as private pay.
Medicaid services are available in Kansas only and private pay services are available in both KS and MO.
Cost of private pay sessions differs based on the service and clinician.
If paying privately, you may be eligible for reimbursement from your health insurance provider through out-of-network benefits. Please speak to your provider to understand what your are eligible for.

Current session rates:
$100 - $150: Mobile Play Therapy: 30 minutes
$150 - $200: Mobile Play Therapy: 50 minutes
$100 - $150: Parent Coaching/Consulting
